  Very mediocre BBQ food. Definitely tastes like it was not made that same day, or even the day before. The ribs were cold, the pulled pork/chicken was lukewarm, but the brisket was OK. The corn bread was a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend. There are much better places around. Maybe if you got here the say it's cooked it would be good, but this was not....

  Ok, so I went to college in Texas so the bar (no pun intended) is set pretty high.
  
  That being said, Uncle Pigs is just right at 3 stars. The brisket tasted like pot roast with BBQ sauce on it. The pulled pork sandwich was pretty good. Seating is very limited so you are better off doing take out.

  Food is good and its prepared pretty quick great place if ur on lunch break in the area. But 3 stars bc I been coming here a long time for the a specific order and for some reason they've cut the portion down to like 1/3 of what it used to be and still charge the same price. No bueno, hit and miss on days
